- To ensure high compatibility with accessories on your vehicle, safety and long-term use, only the congruent racks, cars and products recommended in the specific instructions attached to the product package shall be used together, and the safety warning labels and use restrictions pasted in products shall be observed at the same time.
- A safety check is strongly recommended before every trip to ensure that all locking devices are fixed properly and achieve the most compact state between accessories. It's necessary to confirm whether the potential safety hazards (such as abrasion and corrosion) occur to the product and its parts. When the vehicle is driven for a certain distance and a period of time in the process of travelling, the load can be inspected after parking to ensure continuous fastening and safety.
- Recommendations on the use of Roahtrip fast caliper and other adjustable fixtures. When installation, it's necessary to rotate the fast caliper rotary knob to the tightest state as far as possible, and then disable the handle to achieve the tightest connection state. Other adjustable fixtures: The most suitable clamping piece shall be selected according to the prompt and specific situation.
- Don't run when the roof equipment is opened or fails to be locked, or the load fails to be fixed. In case of any lashing strap in the package of the product purchased by you, all loads shall be fixed by the strap provided in the driving process. All large or long cargoes shall be subject to additional fastening and reinforcement. The surfboard, canoe, kayak, etc. must be tied to the bumper or tow hook of a vehicle.
- The vehicle speed shall be adjusted in line with the road condition and the weight of the load. The table below is for your reference:

Running at a high speed when no-load or light-load roof box shall be avoided. Running at a low speed shall be adopted to avoid the adverse impact of the wind in this case. Items on the vehicle (such as spare tire and tool kit) shall be moved and placed into the carrier as a temporary load to enhance the stability if possible.
- The goods carried shall be controlled to be within the load limit specified for the corresponding products. The following formulas help you to understand load limits correctly:

- Don't put valuable or fragile items into the equipment carried on the roof. There is an inevitable risk of movement, damage and breakage of the contents in the process of vehicle running. The manufacturer or distributor isn't responsible for damage or loss to personal items.
- Confirm local regulations and restrictions on the with and height of vehicle loads in the place where the vehicle passes. It's necessary to understand and ensure no violation of local regulations on vehicle appearance accessories at the moment of carrying the equipment on the roof. The width and height of the vehicle load are usually limited by scenarios, such as bridge and parking lot.
- Roahtrip roof transportation equipment and accessories shall be only used for the design purpose. Failing to observe these guidelines or product instructions will lead the warranty to invalid.
- Roahtrip products are equipped with fast installation system, which enabled the products to be loaded and unloaded in 2 minutes. Before washing the car, users should avoid unnecessary damage due to roof equipment and vehicles are placed in the automatic washing machine together. For the sake of maintaining and even extending the service life, it is recommended to remove and store in the home to reduce unnecessary wear and tear caused by the external environment when not in use.

- The carrier is water resistant, but it's not perfectly waterproofing.
- Users need to periodically turn and move the locking device to ensure the continuous operation. This can be realized by adding lubricant.
