Roahtrip Product Testing Center is going to make repeated and extensive testing of all brand products, covering all aspects of the product (including use function, service life, and safety performance, etc.) for the sake of ensuring that products meet global industry standards and are perfectly adapted to the outdoor environment and maintain durability. We will inform customers of this defect as soon as possible upon discovering safety defects in products sold or learning of potential risks and hazards. Also, we'd recall and provide compensation plan/action in accordance with our policy. Any plan/action will be published through ROAHTRIP official website and dealers' announcement.
