Warranty
The warranty period of Roahtrip is 2 years from the date of original retail purchase. Products of different types have additional warranty period. Users may refer to the product purchase instructions for details. The warranty covers material and process defects applicable to Roahtrip branded and manufactured
products and accessories sold to the original purchasers. The limited warranty applies to all products retailed in December 2021 or later.
Original purchaser is required to provide proof of original purchase in the form of purchase invoice or receipt for the sake of successfully acquiring any remedies provided by Roahtrip and its dealers under this warranty.
Defects in materials or workmanship are remedied by Roahtrip within the warranty period pursuant to limitations and exclusions as described in this warranty. Also, repair or replacement of defective products upon the option of Roahtrip are subject to the Roahtrip's confirmation of product problems.
Product manufacturing defect tends to take place on newer products or early in product life. Product defects or wear are determined by Roahtrip at its sole discretion at various cases. Roahtrip will provide original buyers with instructions on how to repair in case that the product has been proven to be with a manufacturing defect and is repairable.

The right to choose compensatory measures at its sole discretion according to the terms and restrictions of Roahtrip Warranty.
The right to repair applicable products at its sole discretion according to the terms and restrictions of Roahtrip Warranty.
The right to change the products where repair for damage or defect is not possible.
The right to provide equivalent and similar products in the case that the same model of product cannot be replaced.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty shall terminate when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.
Within the term of Warranty, damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear that accompany product use are not covered. Including but not limited to: Wear and tear of hinge, lock pin, fixture and other movable mechanism, surface scratch, dent, tear, oxidation, stains, discolor, natural breaking down and disbonding, fabric tear, cuts and holes, and the resulting damage.
Roahtrip warranty doesn't cover damage or defect caused by error or any misuse of the user's method. Including but not limited to:
Over load or failing to use the product or its accessories according to Roahtrip's corresponding product instructions and safety warning pasted, use with incompatible products , fail to store, clean or maintain products in a correct way, modifications or repairs not conducted or authorized by Roahtrip. Damage or shortening of service life caused by drilling, cutting or tearing of the product by the user himself/herself, commercial use, Illegal vehicle operation.
Problems caused by circumstances beyond Roahtrip's control, including but not limited to theft, traffic accidents, extreme weather events, bumpy road driving, damage caused by automatic car washing, are not covered in this warranty.
damage caused by the logistics company or other transport damage (including pessure damage; damage of product packaging and product itself caused by transportation) are not covered in this warranty. As for the damage caused during transport, they shall be rejected. Or file a compensation claim against carrier.
Warranty Liability Limits
Repair, replace defective products and supplement corresponding replacement parts.
The sole liability of Roahtrip is limited to the above remedies in the manner determined by Roahtrip. Warranty and compensation measures are limited to the Roahtrip product itself, not including any damage of products used with Roahtrip but not belong to Roahtrip or products delivered by Roahtrip product. Damage or injury to the vehicle, goods or property of the original purchaser and/or any other person or property are not covered by this warranty.
In any case, Roahtrip is not responsible for direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damage or any other damage of any kind or nature, including but not limited to loss of profit or sales.
